Reference Group

In order to externally monitor the projects progress and impact a Reference Group has been established. The group consists of representatives from public, private and civil society organisations, who directly or indirectly deal with topics covered in the project.

Role of the reference group

  1. Monitoring of the projects progress and impact

    The members of the Reference Group will closely follow the different steps of project implementation as well as its impact and ensure the objective assessment of the the outputs in relation to planned impact and overall objectives.

  2. External advisory in order to safeguard the achievement of the projects objectives.

    Thanks to being composed of different stakeholders with a variety of perspectives and interests the Reference Group also functions as an external advisor and provider of impetus to the project. By this means, the Reference Group improves the social feasibility and sustainability of the projects outputs and findings and advises the different working groups.

  4. Michailowski, N.V. – Deputy Head of Department of the Office for Technology and Environmental Oversight of Kaliningrad (Rostehnadzor)
  5. Borisov, N.A. Head of Department for Construction and Technical Oversight at the Kalingrad Regional Government
  6. Parshina, V.F. – Head of Department at the Ministry of Infrastructure Development of the Kaliningrad Regional Government
  7. Pyankova, T.I – Senior Spezialist at the Committee for Construction and Transport and the Mayor’s office of Kaliningrad
  8. Pavlova, T. – Representative, Hanse Office Kaliningrad
